The Admission Process
Referral by a Member
You cannot join the Aviary Club on your own. Admission begins with a referral from an existing Avian, who serves as your sponsor and guide throughout the process.
Mentorship and Nurturing
Once referred, the sponsor will introduce you to the Aviary system, mentor you, and ensure you are prepared for full membership.
Understanding the Constitution
Prospective members must study and understand the Aviary Club of Nigeria Constitution, which outlines the rights, duties, and responsibilities of every Avian.
Orientation Program
A structured orientation provides insight into the club’s history, vision, and guiding values:
Loyalty
Service
Culture
Charity
Expression of Interest
During this stage, the prospective member affirms their desire to become part of the Aviary by engaging with the provincial council or the club’s official channels.
Screening and Approval
A thorough screening exercise is conducted by the club’s leadership to confirm the applicant’s background, integrity, and overall eligibility.
Induction Ceremony
Upon successful screening, the candidate is formally admitted during an induction ceremony. This symbolic event marks the beginning of their journey as a recognized Avian.
Living as an Avian
Membership comes with responsibility. An Avian is expected to:
Commit to service and charity
Participate actively in club programs and projects
Promote peace, discipline, and unity in society
Represent the values of the Aviary in all endeavors
To become an Avian is not just to join an organization, it is to embrace a lifetime commitment to integrity, discipline, and service. The process ensures that only individuals of sound character and proven dedication are admitted. Every Avian is a role model, a builder of society, and a beacon of excellence.
Becoming an Avian is both an honor and a responsibility, one that must be carried with pride, loyalty, and the unshakable spirit of unity.
