Founders Day Charity Spotlight: Madiba Aviary Spreads Hope in South Africa

As the Aviary Club of Nigeria marks Founders Day worldwide recognized as a day of charity across the Aviary world, various chapters have stepped up to embody the club's core values of service, love, and compassion. Among the most moving gestures this year was the impactful initiative led by Madiba Aviary, who partnered with Door of Hope Children’s Mission in South Africa.

Door of Hope is a sanctuary committed to rescuing and nurturing abandoned babies currently caring for nearly 120 children in their facility. In celebration of Founders Day, Mr. Scott Galaxy Entiosa, President of Madiba Aviary, along with his executives and members, paid a heartfelt visit to the foundation.

During their visit, the Madiba Aviary team not only volunteered their time but also offered tangible support donating food items and essential supplies, and expressing their readiness to assist with future financial needs of the mission. Their presence brought smiles, encouragement, and renewed hope to the staff and children at the facility.

This remarkable act of solidarity exemplifies the true essence of the Aviary movement, quiet, powerful kindness that transcends borders. It reaffirms that Founders Day is not just a celebration, but a call to action.

Special appreciation goes to Madiba Aviary for leading by example and demonstrating what it truly means to serve “The Avian Way.” Indeed, this is what the Aviary Club stands for not just brotherhood, but a shared responsibility to uplift humanity.
