Aviary Club of Nigeria – Edo Chapter’s Acts of Kindness and Recognition

In a heartwarming display of compassion and unity, the Edo Chapter of the Aviary Club of Nigeria carried out an impactful visit to a local orphanage home, further strengthening the club’s commitment to community service and humanitarian outreach.

The visit was led by the President of the Edo Aviary Chapter, Comrade Uche Chukuka, accompanied by other executives and devoted members of the chapter. In a show of regional solidarity, Mr. Idiagbonya Henry, the South-South Regional Secretary of the Aviary Club of Nigeria, also joined the delegation, underscoring the importance of this noble gesture.

The outreach was followed by the End of Year Award Dinner, a glamorous and meaningful event held at Crown Height Pavilion, Country Home Road, Benin City. The evening was not only one of celebration but of deep reflection and appreciation.

A highlight of the night was the presentation of honorary awards to two exceptional individuals:

  • Barrister Hope Iyare, former Edo State Chapter President

  • Ambassador Idemudia Noah, a distinguished figure and strong supporter of the club’s vision

In an emotional and impactful moment, the dinner also marked the presentation of cheques to widows and children of late Aviary Club members. These financial contributions were dedicated to supporting educational expenses and business start-up initiatives, offering a lifeline and a continued sense of community to those left behind.

This event reinforces the Aviary Club's enduring values of brotherhood, community service, and uplifting the vulnerable. The Edo Chapter continues to set a high standard of excellence in both service and solidarity.
