Elder Segun Ologondudu's journey is one marked by dedication, leadership, and a commitment to the values of unity and brotherhood. Admitted into the University of Benin (Baobab Nest) in 1984, he quickly became a prominent figure in campus life. That same year, he was initiated into the prestigious Supreme Eiye Confraternity, where he rose to the esteemed position of Ibaka, showcasing his leadership and influence within the organization. His time at the University of Benin laid the foundation for the remarkable career and influence he would go on to have in various spheres of society.

As a businessman and entrepreneur, Elder Ologondudu has built a reputation for his sharp business acumen and strategic vision. His prowess in the business world has made him a respected figure, known for his ability to navigate complex markets while maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients. Beyond his business successes, he has made significant contributions to the Aviary Club of Nigeria, where he served as the Supreme FC, helping to foster the values of camaraderie and leadership within the organization. His work in both business and social circles has earned him the admiration and respect of many.

In 2022, Elder Segun Ologondudu was inducted into the Elders in Council of the ACN, a recognition of his unwavering dedication to the preservation of unity, brotherhood, and the development of his community.
