Dele (OBandy) holds a degree in Mass Communication from Ogun State Polytechnic.
OBandy has had a distinguished career working with several advertising and communication firms in Nigeria before relocating to the United States.
Dele currently serves as the Chief Executive Director of the Celebrity Food Pantry Foundation, an organization committed to supporting widows, children, and underprivileged individuals in Nigeria.
In addition, he is the General Manager of Bestseller Auto LLC, a car dealership and logistics company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.
Obandy has been selected as the Avian of the month of December due to his outstanding dedication, enthusiasm, and positive influence within the organization.
Dele began his remarkable journey as a member of the Akoko Nest during his higher institution of learning years and became a Woodpecker in the nest.
Dele played several influential roles in advancing the mission of the Lincoln Aviary in Chicago.
He is an ever present Avian whenever there are charitable contributions to be made, he has traveled extensively within the North American province to support and assist the organization in several capacities.
As the flying Grande Ibaka - Buckeye Aviary (Indiana/Ohio), he is an ever present supporter and leader, leading and inspiring members across Indiana and Ohio. He has contributed immensely to the growth of this great organization in Buckeye Aviary, in the North American Province and the entire Aviary Club at large. He contributes in several capacities whenever there are needs within his local chapter, his province, and the global organization at large.
Obandy has spearheaded and implemented various events and projects to strengthen the organization's initiatives. He is always present at events on the local level, regional level and the global level.
OBandy is always available to volunteer his time, resources and expertise to support organizational tasks, embodying a "service above self" ethos.
Dele has a reputation of a great team-worker and a positive collaborator. He is known for his collaborative spirit, unity fostering and a sense of belonging within the organization.
A generous and highly rugged philanthropist , he is known for his generosity and commitment to uplifting others through charitable initiatives within the brotherhood and even outside of it.
His positive impacts include consistently inspiring members with his relentless drive to go above and beyond.
Dele Oduyemi’s legacy and inspiration, kindness, philanthropy, and dedication have made a lasting impact on the ACN family. His journey from a Woodpecker in the nest to the Grande Ibaka in the ACN is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the organization’s values and mission.
Dele is happily married to his beautiful wife Tayo and they are blessed with a wonderful son, Oluwaseun.
