To ensure accurate documentation and a lasting record of our activities, ACN MEDIA requests that all aviaries follow these guidelines when submitting pictures. This will help us archive photos properly, post on the blog, and preserve our organization’s history with factual accuracy.
1. General Submission Guidelines
- Submit all photos to the Media Team via the designated file-sharing platform or email.
- File Naming: Clearly name each file with relevant details
(e.g., “Outgoing_Excos_2024”, “Province_Members_Group_Photo”).
- Resolution: All photos should be of high resolution for quality archiving and online posting.
2. Photo Categories to Submit
- Official ACN Photos:
- Ensure all official pictures include aviary banners as the background.
- Photos should highlight all outgoing excos, all incoming excos, all province members, and province and grande gatherings.
- Capture a clear group photo at major events for record-keeping.
- Special Events:
- Include all Ibaka in-house gatherings.
- Capture notable gatherings with PI (Provincial Ibaka) and GI (Grand Ibaka).
3. Dress Code and Presentation
- Adhere strictly to the official dress code for all formal pictures.
- Uniformity in dress helps maintain a consistent and professional appearance across all archives.
4. Format for Archiving and Blog Posting
- Ensure each picture submission includes the names and titles of individuals
(e.g.," Outgoing Secretary, Province Member").
- For group photos, specify the event name and date in the file description.
- Individual photos should capture the full face and professional demeanour suitable for public sharing and historical records.
5. Submission Deadlines
- Submit photos within 48 hours after events for timely archiving and blog posting.
- Late submissions may delay processing and may not be posted on time.
6. Special Note for ACN Media Team
- Please ensure all photos are correctly categorized in our archives for easy retrieval.
- Maintain organized folders by year, event, and individual names for streamlined access in the future.
