The recent familiarization tour and town hall meeting with the Provincial Ibaka (PI) at Wild Rose Aviary was a remarkable and impactful event, graced by the full presence of the Grande Council. The meeting began with an official welcome from the Grande Ibaka (GI), setting the tone for what would be an engaging and productive session.
The PI, in his address, explained the significance of his familiarization tour across all aviaries. Since newly assuming office, it was essential for him to conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis to gain firsthand knowledge of each aviary’s dynamics, challenges, and opportunities. This approach ensures he understands the current state of affairs and can offer tailored support where needed. The PI also emphasized the Provincial Council’s strategic move to establish various committees, aimed at working cohesively with the council to elevate the NAPC to greater heights.
The meeting provided all members with an open platform to voice their concerns and share their ideas. In his closing remarks, the PI underscored the need for unity, transparency, and clear communication within the Grande Council. He urged the GI to intensify efforts in steering Wild Rose Aviary towards progress and stronger achievements.
Responding to this call, the GI committed to bolstering efforts that would ensure a more progressive and achievement-oriented Grande Council.
The event concluded on a positive note, with light refreshments and a moment of brotherly bonding, marked by solemn jor jor.
Once again, we extend our deepest gratitude to our most rugged PI for this impactful visit. May your tenure bring immense success and unprecedented achievements to the NAPC!
