The North American Provincial Council (NAPC) has announced a series of familiarization visits to all the Aviaries within its jurisdiction. This initiative, led by the new Regional President, Dr. Sylvester Onoyona, is a top priority as part of his commitment to kickstart the new tenure of the current executives. It aligns with the vision he shared during his swearing-in at the recently concluded NAPC Conclave.
These visits aim to provide the NAPC executive council (exco) with firsthand insight into the growth, development, and challenges each Aviary faces. In addition, the NAPC will conduct a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of each Aviary to assess their current standing and future potential within the NAPC framework.
The first visit is scheduled at Maple Aviary Conclave on Friday, October 11th, and Saturday, October 12th, followed by a visit to Wild Rose Aviary from Sunday, October 13th, to Tuesday, October 15th.
Dr. Onoyona and the NAPC leadership believe these visits will foster stronger relationships, facilitate collaboration, and provide valuable support to the Aviaries as they continue to grow.
