The North America Provincial Council (NAPC) is conducting a venue inspection at the Lincoln Aviary today. We are pleased to inform you that the venue has been meticulously prepared, with all protocols followed to create a standard, organized seating arrangement.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all avians attending the event to dress appropriately, as there will be heightened security measures. The Office of the North America Provincial Dove will be overseeing the event and ensuring that all guidelines, as laid out in the ACN Constitution, are strictly followed.
