HS Osamuyi Soare is a very rugged and resourceful Avian that has been dedicated to the cause of the Aviary since the North American Provincial Council was chartered in 2015. 

On the inauguration of North American Provincial Council, he was the Pioneer Provincial Eagle and he did a tremendous job as the Public Relations Officer in NAPC. 

Osamuyi was an ever present in the chartering of Aviaries and a constant support for the leadership of the North American Provincial Council. 

At the inaugural conclave of NAPC, the leadership were concerned about some issues. Osamuyi made himself available to drop down the hierarchy and see to the resolution of issues within Peach Aviary. As a result, he selflessly let the exalted position of a Provincial Council executive slide and he became the Grande Ibaka, Peach Aviary to help resolve internal issues within Peach Aviary. 

His tenure as the Grande Ibaka was highly successful, he drove several reconciliation efforts to great success, both within Peach Aviary and even outside the domains of the North American Province. 

A highly sophisticated and rugged Avian, great interpersonal skills, high intelligence with tremendous problem solving skills, he cuts across several different and diverse Avians globally. 

A man of a physical giant stature, but soft spoken and highly capable of stabilizing and improving relationships, he makes a strong impression on people with his strong but friendly personality. 

After Osamuyi’s tenure as the Grande Ibaka, Peach Aviary, his contributions were so significant that he was appointed by the North American Provincial Council as the Provincial Eagle again because of the impossibility of ignoring his value to NAPC. 

He again excelled in the office, serving with great tact and positive influence. 

A team player, and advocate of peace and progress, Osamuyi quashes every trace of division and rancour with honour and distinction whenever he senses such within NAPC and the ACN at large. 

Osamuyi rose to the office of the Provincial Ostrich, NAPC, an office he is currently flying. 

He has been a loyal ally with the Provincial Ibaka, North American Provincial Council, he has assisted the PI whenever and wherever he is needed. He is a gem of an administrative head. He is a good ally to have as he is always very supportive. A clear thinker, a strategist by nature and a progressive Avian with a track record of successful leadership that understands the importance of a vibrant organization and that takes the club’s aims and objectives very seriously. His actions continually inspire others that the organization is more important than individual personal aspirations and goals. Osamuyi is a true and pure example of a model Avian. 

Osamuyi is happily married to Isi Soare and they are blessed with 2 daughters and a son.
