SLOW DOWN
Tick Tock says the clock and sometimes we feel life is passing us by.
Why?
It's because when we were children, we had ample time to do whatever we felt like doing with playtime, holidays etc. which seemed to last forever but as adults, time seems to speed up at a frightening rate, with birthdays and new years' arriving early every passing year.
Perhaps, it doesn't need to feel this way, your experience of time is flexible from time immemorial, speeding up in some tasks and slowing down in some in which your time slows too in an extraordinary degree.
It's always good to understand the psychological process behind everyone's experiences of time.
You should be able to do things a bit.
The more information your minds absorb, the slower the time passes by.
Another factor is the proportional aspect which is: that as you get older, each period constitutes a smaller proportion of your lives as a whole and as you age, you have few newer experiences while the world around you becomes more familiar.
So, it's only best to take a break and reflect whenever you feel you are losing time.
In these moments I would suggest you don't stay indoors because this feeling will always creep in at some point so, I advise you spend it outdoors because from experience, mingling and familiarity make time pass faster and expose you to many experiences as possible and it can also be alleviated by travelling somewhere new to give yourself new challenges, meeting new people and expose yourself to new information, hobbies and skills because by so doing, you are exposed to process some amount of new information in your mind and also stretches out your experience of passing time.
And like I've always done,we can't diagnose a life problem and not proffer some possible solutions however the healing process is constant practice and a positive attitude and the outcome will be exponential.
So, here are ways you could do more conscious time-saving:
